ESG020 is a high quality stator that replaces the OEM stator in several Suzuki models. Our ESG020 is built on a modern type stator core and the copper windings are installed using computer controlled winding machines to ensure consistent quality. The copper wire itself is of the highest grade and we modified the winding configuration a bit compared to the OEM stator to increase output by about 15% and lower the amount of heat generated inside the winding which drastically improves reliability. This stator is superior to the OEM units in both performance and reliability. ESG020 is supplied with high quality wire leads installed and it comes with extra sleeving and connectors to facilitate easy installation and like all stators manufactured by ElectroSport it comes with a full one year warranty.
