ESG042 is a high quality stator that replaces the OEM stator in the Kawasaki ZX750 and ZN700 models. Our ESG042 is built on a modern stator core and the copper windings are installed using computer controlled winding machines to ensure consistent quality. The copper wire itself is of the highest grade and we modified the winding configuration a bit compared to the OEM stator to increase output by about 10% and lower the amount of heat generated inside the winding which drastically improves reliability. ESG042 is supplied with very high quality wire leads and it comes as a plug in replacement stator. It is a very cost-effective replacement unit for when the OEM stator failed.
